DYING

I finished the book. I'm dying. But in a good way. Nothing beats this series. It's literally my all time fave. I have sold my soul to these books and characters and I couldn't even begin to think what would have happened if I hadn't read Half-Blood. (Thank you Naminé for recommending it to me I owe you big time).

I actually don't have words. The ending... It was perfect. It was the only way the book could have ended without it being crap. I loved it. So much.

I can't think right.. The book took all my emotions away and drained me. But I would never change a thing

Because I'm silently dying because of these books lately. And yes he's my author crush atm.... Can't help it.. He writes really well

So you should all go read ANYTHING by him and enjoy it.
        What I will say (and one of the biggest reasons I love his books so much) is that both books have a male protagonist and don't really focus on the love story (from what I've read so far anyway I haven't finished TMR yet but I like that about both; romance isn't as important as surviving. I think that reflects who I am though... OH WELL!

My other ALL TIME AUTHOR CRUSH is Jennifer L. Armentrout (or J. Lynn) because she is amazing and writes girls in such a way that shows them needing to be strong alone without other people as well as needing people to survive; she shows that people need both to really live. And I think that's real; it makes them seem more real, more human. She does have romance as a major theme in her books but it's done the right way (meaning that it isn't "OMG I LOVE YOU I CAN'T SURVIVE WITHOUT YOU HELP MMMMEEEEEEEEEEEE" it's more like "I'm so in love with you that you make me forget my thoughts and make me want to be better and stronger and everything else but I don't want you to be protecting me 24/7 I want to be able to do that myself "{do I even make sense...})

        Anyway, I really love her books and enjoy reading what she writes 'cause she's a very real author to me; she isn't just writing what she thinks should happen or be said, she writes what a person would do and I can't even explain it... Her work just makes me happy and want to stop time just to read everything she's ever written.

        As you can tell, my author crush on her is a little deeper and weirder than Dashner's... Oh well she's kinda amazing. But books by her I think you'd all enjoy are:

   Oh and if you really fall for Armentrout like me, her newest book (Be With Me) is coming out on the 4th of this month (exCITEMENT LEVELS A R E GIONG CRAYZ AHHHHHHHHHHAGVAHSBDGAH) 

   She has another series (The Dark Elements) but I haven't read them so I can't really recommend I've never read but if you feel like it, check them out too. I'm sure they're just as amazing as the others.
